This Privacy Policy explains how GEOly ("GEOly", "we", "us", or "our") processes personal data when you visit our website, create an account, use the GEOly AI web application, contact us, schedule a meeting, or purchase a subscription (collectively, the "Services").
This policy is organized by the situations in which we process information. It is intended to describe our current practices clearly; it is not a substitute for legal advice. If you use GEOly on behalf of an organization, that organization may control workspace content and may have its own privacy obligations.

We process basic connection and security information needed to deliver the website, such as IP address, browser and device information, referring page, requested pages, timestamps, and security or error logs.

This may include websites and domains, brand and product descriptions, target markets, prompts, keywords, competitors, uploaded files, projects, reports, rankings, citations, search results, settings, and usage history. We may also process publicly available website content and search or AI-answer data needed to run the monitoring and analysis you request.
We use this information to operate the features you request, monitor AI-search visibility, generate reports and recommendations, provide support, improve reliability and usability, protect the Services, and enforce our agreements.
We do not use workspace content to advertise unrelated third-party products to you. If your workspace is managed by an organization, that organization and its administrators may be able to access workspace content and activity.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit content to GEOly.
To provide GEOly AI, we may use service providers for AI model access, search and data collection, hosting and databases, file storage, authentication, analytics, error monitoring, email, customer support, and payments. We send information reasonably necessary for the requested function, security, or service operation.
These providers process information on our behalf under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations. Some providers may process information in other countries. Their own terms may also apply to information they process directly.
AI-generated results and third-party data can be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. You are responsible for reviewing results before relying on or publishing them.
If you email us, submit a support request, schedule a meeting, or otherwise communicate with us, we process your contact details, message content, attachments, meeting details, and our correspondence.
We use this information to respond to requests, provide support, manage customer relationships, send service and security notices, schedule and follow up on meetings, and improve support. If you subscribe to a newsletter or marketing communication, we may record your subscription source and consent status. Marketing communications are sent only where permitted by law, and you can opt out at any time. Essential service messages cannot be opted out of while you use the relevant Services.

If you subscribe to a paid plan, a third-party payment processor collects and processes payment details through its secure systems. GEOly does not store complete payment card numbers. Subscription and refund rules are described in our Terms of Service. Unless applicable law requires otherwise or GEOly expressly states otherwise at the time of purchase, payments are non-refundable once processed. Cancelling a subscription normally stops future renewal and does not reverse an already-processed payment.
We may process personal information in internal email, documentation, support, billing, access-control, incident-response, and security systems. We use it to administer the business, deliver the Services, investigate abuse or security events, maintain records, and protect our rights.

Workspace content may remain available until you or the applicable organization deletes it or requests account deletion. Deletion from active systems may be followed by limited retention in backups or logs.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information, and to object to certain processing.
