Basic Management Function
This guide introduces the core management functions of Geoly, covering account permission systems, multi-brand switching, team collaboration, and the configuration of core business data.
I. Account & Permission Management
1. Account Registration & Login
- Access URL: Visit app.geoly.ai and click the "Login" or "Register" button in the top right corner.
- Registration:
- Referral Source: New users are recommended by existing Geoly users. You can access the referral link by clicking the section in the bottom left corner.

- Login: Enter your registered email and password to access the system.

2. Brand Switching & Creation
Geoly supports multi-brand management, ideal for agencies (coming soon) or enterprises with multiple sub-brands.
- Switching Brands: Click the Brand Area at the top of the left sidebar. Select the brand you wish to view from the dropdown menu.
- Add a New Brand (Limited to Agency accounts): Click "Add Brand" at the top of the brand switching dropdown. Enter the brand name, official website, and other basic info to complete the setup.

- Default Brand: The system automatically remembers the last brand you visited and will enter that brand interface by default the next time you log in.
3. Team Collaboration & Role Assignment
- Operation Path: Click the left menu Settings -> Team.

- Invite Members: Click "Invite Member", enter their email address, and assign a role.
Role Permissions Description:

| Owner | Highest control level; can manage billing, delete brands, and manage all members. |
| Admin | Can manage team members, modify brand configurations, and manage monitoring tasks. |
| Member | Can view reports, create monitoring prompts, and manage competitors; cannot modify core settings or remove members. |
- Member Management: You can click the "Action" button to the right of any member at any time to change their role or remove them from the team.

4. Personal Profile & Security
- Personal Settings: Click the left menu Settings -> Account.
- Security Settings: Here you can modify the brand name or change your login password.
- MCP Integration: Click your User Avatar at the bottom of the left sidebar and select "MCP Integration" to call Geoly data via an API Token.

II. Data Management
Data management is the foundation of Geoly's monitoring accuracy. The system performs precise identification within massive AI responses based on your defined "Brand Matching Words" and "Competitors."
1. Brand Asset Configuration
- Operation Path: Click "Brand Center" on the left sidebar and select "Profile."
- Core Configuration - Identification Keywords:
- Importance: This is the core basis for calculating AIGVR (AI Generative Visibility Rate / AI Visibility Score).
- Setup Method: In the "Matching Words" input box, enter your brand aliases, product names, or common spelling variations (separated by English commas).
- Example:
apple, apple watch, iphone
- Basic Information: Ensure the official website URL is filled in accurately.
2. Competitor List Maintenance
- Operation Path: Click "Brand Center" on the left sidebar and select "Competitors."
- Manage Competitors:
- Add/Delete: Add the competitors you want to track within AI responses.
- Analysis Principle: The system uses these names for text matching analysis to compare your share of voice versus competitors in AI suggestions.
Pro Tip: It is recommended to fill in the "Identification Keywords" as comprehensively as possible during the initial setup. This significantly improves the coverage and accuracy of your AI monitoring reports.
